Makes a nice abstract. I like the warm tones.
anniedog: Thanks Martin - the sunshine warmed everything up1

I think I see a seahorse, Ingrid!
anniedog: Well spotted Ginnie - I would never have thought of that in a million years, but now you point it out, I can see it too!
Ingrid
There are very interesting shapes & tones here Ingrid
anniedog: Thanks very much Chris.

Curious one. Sunlight through a blind?
anniedog: No blind - just sunlight through a narrow window, striking the edge of a picture frame.
Ingrid
I think this looks better on a white background, the left hand side appears more clearly giving a better shape.
anniedog: You are perfectly right Bill - I just never think to put it on a white background as I am so used to the black one!

Beautiful abstract shot Ingrid. I like the tones and the texture!
anniedog: Thanks very much Richard. Glad you appreciate it.

Like your man's yesterday, this works better on the white background- it looks like a Rothko painting then!
anniedog: You are right of course - as I said to Bill, I just never think to use the white background. I am delighted to be compared to a Rothko!

I like this one, Ingrid. You certainly seem to be drumming up some different genre for SC.
anniedog: Thanks Chad. As you know, I like to ring the changes!

Love these 'spots' of light...
These colors/tones are warm and inviting. Great little piece of 'abstract' art.
anniedog: Thank you Marcie. I liked the colours too. It is actually the edge of a piece of art - the frame of a painting!
Ingrid
Ooh, it makes me think there's a corner there, to go and investigate further
anniedog: You could be right Ellie - our house is full of nooks and crannies to investigate!
Ingrid
I also see Ginnie's seahorse Ingrid.
anniedog: Thanks Tracy - I can see it too now. Glad you like this one.
Ingrid
compelling series Ingrid, well seen and delivered with great warmth to the tones
anniedog: Thank you Tim - so glad you are liking this series as it is a subject which I am drawn to.
Ingrid
I think Ginnie is right, I see the seahorse too
anniedog: That seahorse is catching!
Ingrid
Very minimalist and great artistic picture !
anniedog: Thanks very much - I was aiming for a minimalist look!
Ingrid
I like your study on light, I think this is my favourite so far.
anniedog: Thanks for your comment Nigel - glad you like it.
Ingrid
how you find the lights in different angles
anniedog: I always keep my eyes open for unusual light effects!
